The newly released CPPI by the World Bank and S&P Global Market Intelligence has ranked Cai Mep Port among the top 7 most efficient container ports in the world in 2023.

Among them, Cai Mep port cluster  (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) was ranked 7th in CPPI (based on calculations for 5 ship sizes) and 8th (based on technical calculations, giving higher weights to vessels sizes commonly found at that port).
