After a period of research, development and trial operation, Gemadept’s Smartport Platform has proven its ability to optimally meet the features of digitalized port system, including: Online booking, cashless payment, E-document, E-DO, E-Gate, Online multi-port data lookup … Moreover, Smartport integrates Mobile Apps function for Transportation team (trucking, barging…) to support compound automatic communication. This application will continue to be upgraded and further developed with more smart functions in the coming time.

Today, Gemadept is honored to officially announce the operation of Gemadept’s Smartport Platform from 8:00am, May 12th 2021, with the prior deployment at Nam Hai Dinh Vu Port (NDP) and Nam Dinh Vu Port (NDV). Especially, from May 12th 2021 to August 12th 2021, Smartport Customers are entitled to 5% discount on LO/LO bill and will earn bonus points for their Loyalty Program account at Gemadept system (applying to import & export Customers having transactions via Smartport)
