PIL is currently Singapore's largest shipping line and ranked 12th in the world in terms of shipping capacity with a total fleet of 297,133 TEUs, accounting for 1.1% of the market.

On July 18, 2023, Gemalink was honored to welcome PIL's first ship to the port - the KOTA CANTIK ship - SWS service line.
