Always being innovative and creative in service quality and utilities enhancement for customers, after serious and urgent implementation, from August 15, 2020, Gemadept officially launched the Customer Service Center and the Web Portal dedicated for Port, ICD and Logistics for the first time in Hai Phong.
 
The location of Gemadept Customer Service Center was selected right in the city center – with the address at Room 705-710, 7th floor, Thanh Dat 3 building, No. 4, Le Thanh Tong Street, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City. This is where most of the transportation service and logistics companies, shipping lines, banks, customs offices … are gathered within a radius of less than 3km. Gemadept Customer Service Center, putting customers’ benefits at the core of all efforts, provides the entire service chain with transactions of order-exchanging, customs clearance, registration for inspection, quarantine, container stuffing and un-stuffing, etc, for the whole Gemadept's Port network in Hai Phong including Nam Hai, Nam Hai Dinh Vu, Nam Dinh Vu and Nam Hai ICD. In addition, along with the transaction counters of the commercial department, cashiers supporting order-changing services, the Center will also be the place where customers will receive comprehensive consultation on Gemadept’s Port and Logistics service chain quickly and effectively.
 
With this one-stop service, Gemadept aims at bringing customers outstanding benefits, saving time and providing customers with more convenient options. Moreover, the introduction of the Web Portal will connect the process of container delivery between customers, shipping lines, ports and management authorities, contributing to the promotion of trading through seaport network in the direction of professionalization and modernization.
 
Coming to Gemadept Customer Service Center, customers will receive many support services such as sending orders, searching information, online payment, printer, photo, drinking water … Especially, the Company will have meaningful gifts to pay tribute to the first customers who transact at the Center during August 2020.
